Delivery & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Here are our estimated delivery times:

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM. Orders placed before 5:00 PM begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit time: 6–9 business days
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days
How much is delivery?
  • Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50
  • For orders under £50, a flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies
Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your parcel on our Track Your Order page.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a straightforward and hassle-free 30-day returns process. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and liners attached. Please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy page for full details.

Within how many days do I have to return a product?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Please note that under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order without reason.

When will I get my refund after returning a product?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 2–4 business days. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No restocking fees apply.

What is the process for exchanging a product?

To receive a different item, please return the original item following our returns procedure. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item. For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What if I receive a defective product?

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at support@bloomwren.com and return the item within 30 days. If a fault appears within the first 30 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
