Where Do We Deliver?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How Much Is Delivery?

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.

For orders under £50, a flat delivery fee of £4.99 applies.

What Are the Delivery Times?

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Once processed, delivery usually takes 6–9 business days via standard delivery.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days.

Order Cutoff Time

Cutoff: 5:00 PM.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Your Statutory Rights Regarding Delivery

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if we fail to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, or within 30 days if no timeframe was agreed, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost parcels, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.

Please note that delays caused by Royal Mail or courier disruptions, adverse weather, or other events outside our control may affect delivery times. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any delays that may affect your order.
